Allergies have reared their ugly head again.  If you find your having serious issues with the fall allergies there are many ways to feel better.  Some require medicine and others can be kept in line with essential oils.  


Using 1 drop of peppermint, 2 drops of lemon and 2 drops of lavendar will help your airways to open up and feel better.  Rub together in your hands and breathe deeply.  It may make your eyes water for about 20 minutes but the results are amazing.


If this does not work contact your doctor as you may need futher help.
